Welcome to “R” Wellness! Born from my transformative journey in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, I discovered the incredible benefits of Block Therapy and self directed Lymphatic/Deep Tissue Mechanical Massage. After just five months, my vitality soared, I had never felt better in all aspects of my wellbeing.  Friends couldn't help but notice the “RENEWED” energy radiating from me. The benefits of these modalities had my skin tighter and glowing, my body leaner and stronger.  I had felt such balance and gratitude.

Upon returning home to Ohio in April of 2025, I started to feel congested, both physically and mentally.  The brain fog started to roll in and the aversion to activity was quickly taking over my efforts to push forward. I searched everywhere for the Block Therapy and Lymphatic/Deep Mechanical Massage practices and services. Unsuccessful with finding it in Ohio, I was inspired!

I took the opportunity to take a proactive approach to own my health and become a personal advocate of wellness.  These methods were easy, preventative in nature and allowed me to be in control of my personal self-care.   My experience inspired me to create a space where others can learn, grow, and “RECLAIM” their wellbeing.
